We stayed in a hotel located in the upscale Jardins district of Sao Paulo, which was perfect for our family. The area felt safe and had plenty of stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The hotel was a short walk away from the metro and bus stops, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice towels and sheets. The staff was knowledgeable and polite, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast options were limited, which was a slight disappointment.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for a business trip and were highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The hotel is conveniently located in the Jardins area, close to Avenida Paulista and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, such as the rooftop pool and gym, were also great additions to our stay. the breakfast offered a nice variety of food, including different fruit juices and fruits to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience more fun.

Helpful receptionists, great room set-up for work, perfect location. Courteous and helpful staff. Recycling-coded trash bin in room. Centrally located, close to Avenida Paulista and shopping area. Decent pool and gym on rooftop. Good breakfast with variety of food and fruit juices/fruits. Clean room and nice kitchen staff.
